Bearing company located in Strongsville, OH is looking for a Computer Support Specialist. We are looking for someone with at least an associate's degree and over one year of related IT experience. This position will be multifaceted requiring knowledge of hardware, software, servers and basic network tools. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, work independently and provide support to our users.
Duties will include:
Setup of new employee workstations
Train employees in use of both in house software and Microsoft office suite
Maintain documentation on IT equipment, software and networks
Participate in business improvement projects
Download data, create reports, analysis of data, provide Excel and Access files from downloaded files
Candidate should possess the following abilities:
Technical aptitude
Experience with RHEL, Windows, AD, Microsoft Suite
Experience troubleshooting PC, printer, network and software issues
Excellent written and verbal communication
Good problem solving skills
Strong desire to learn

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
