BDS founded by Steve Sivo
BMI was created
BMC was purchased from Motion Industries
Moved to 100,000 sq foot warehouse in Strongsville, OH
Expanded and built 2nd warehouse adding 100,000 sq feet
BMC moved out of the back of BDS into there own facility located across the street.
BDS bought and expanded another warehouse adding 200,000 sq feet.
