Warehouse Associate

Strongsville, OH

Bearing & Drive Systems (BDS) is located in Strongsville, OH. We are currently hiring full time warehouse associates. The hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm. No warehouse experience is required, we will train.

We are looking for individuals to help with daily order processing consisting of inspecting, cleaning, and packaging bearings to get ready for shipment. We also have inventory positions available which would consist of pulling products for shipment and putting products away. Joining our team offers opportunities for growth and progression into various roles within our company. At BDS, 90% of our promotions are from within our organization.

Office Assistant

Strongsville, Ohio

Bearing & Drive Systems (BDS) is seeking a full-time Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our Strongsville, Ohio office. This position is ideal for an organized, dependable professional who communicates well and enjoys supporting multiple departments in a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities include providing day-to-day office support, answering and directing incoming calls, assisting with document and inventory management, supporting internal teams with data entry, processing invoices, and completing miscellaneous administrative tasks. The Office Assistant will play an important role in keeping our office organized and our business processes running efficiently.

Inside Sales

Strongsville, Ohio

Bearing & Drive Systems (BDS) is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Strongsville, Ohio. This position works with bearing distributors and suppliers to identify product solutions, prepare quotes, develop customer relationships, and help customers locate bearings and power transmission products.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. Industry experience is valuable, but a willingness to learn and provide responsive customer service is equally important. BDS offers training, professional development, and opportunities to grow within the organization.
