Bearing company located in Strongsville, OH is looking for an entry level Business Development Representative. You will learn a lot in this role. We will help you gain confidence and business experience speaking with new people all across North America.
You will spend time learning our products and services and how to build and develop new business sales. We only sell to distributors, no end user sales. Our customer partners have locations all over the world that we contact to build relationships with and explain how we can help them.

Qualifications:
-Willingness to work a full time, 40 hours per week schedule
-High school diploma
-Good basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Comfortable speaking on the phone and making calls
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Good attendance and good work ethic
-Motivated to succeed
-Can work independently or as part of a team
